Khani Khola Hydropower Was Established on BS 2069-06-17 under the Company act 2063. The Company was converted to Public Limited Company on BS 2069-12-14. The basic objective of the company to generate electricity. The Company is Located at 187 Shree Gorakhnath Marga, Dhumbaraki, Kathmandu -4.
The Company has developed developed Tungun – Thosne Hydropower (4.36 MW) and Khani Khola Hydropower (2 MW) at Sankhau, Bhattedanda and Ikudol of South Lalitpur.

Total paid up capital of the company is worth NPR 2.9 Billion.
